So true! I love the part about not interrupting! It sounds so simple, yet few people practice this. I once worked with a man on a close-knit team who had the reputation of being a real ladies' man. I was new to the team and didn't know him well, and he wasn't particularly good-looking. I was intrigued by what women saw in this man.

Then I went with him to lunch. Within five minutes, I understood. He asked me about my background, about my kids, and actually LISTENED. He looked at me, asked follow up questions - it blew me away. It was such a pleasant experience. It also made me realize what a poor job most people do at listening. And it made this man very popular among the ladies!
