I don't need to watch this show as I've seen enough of this behavior in real life. Jennifer Lopez says it all in her song "Ain't your mama." Unfortunately women often pick up the slack (even if it's a LOT of slack) for the sake of their children when their husbands decide they just couldn't be bothered or worse still, don't even "see" what needs to be done. A case not of rose-colored glasses but of "childcare and housework filter glasses." They only see what they want to see.
