I also use a lot of these hacks and can highly recommend them. On the topic of sleep, this is generally neglected by society - particularly in the industrialized West. If anyone has any doubts about the value of sleep, I can highly recommend "Why We Sleep" by neurologist Matthew Walker. He cites very detailed research on how crucial sleep is and gives many suggestions on how to improve.
