Excellent article on the benefits of both exercise and sleep. Many people are unaware of the benefits of sleep. There is also a very helpful book on the topic by Matthew Walker, a neuroscientist, called Why We Sleep. I bought it for my sister, who has had poor sleep since she was a teenager. It's full of tips and backed up by science. And it's fun to read!
